Overview
These draft terms describe, in plain language, the basis on which Alacrity intends to provide its early-stage production-scheduling software. They will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed agreement before general availability.
Early-stage software
Alacrity is under active development. Features, performance, and availability may change. We describe what the product does today honestly and label roadmap items as roadmap. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific business result.
Pilots and paid engagements
The scope, fees, data handling, and success criteria for any pilot or paid engagement are set out in the separate written agreement we sign with you. Where that agreement and this draft differ, the signed agreement controls.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the software only for your own lawful production-planning purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without our written consent.
Your data
You retain ownership of the production data you provide. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy and the signed engagement agreement.
No warranty (draft)
As early-stage software provided for evaluation, Alacrity is offered “as is” during pilots, without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement.
