How we handle production data
Production data you share for a pilot is used to operate the scheduling service for your facility. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Additional safeguards — including encryption at rest, role-based access control, and formal compliance attestations — are on our roadmap. We are happy to discuss our current posture with your security team.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you shared it, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.
